How I Stumbled Upon This Secret...

One day I was having a particularly bad time with my 8 year old
daughter. I so wanted her to talk nicely but she had been going
through a phase of not talking nicely. I was feeling a bit down, so
I sat down at my study desk and wrote a list of 50 positive things
that I wanted to say to my daughter. I read through the list and
thought to myself, what a powerful list of positive affirmations!

Then I had this crazy idea about putting the words onto a CD so that

flabbergasted!

The words that I had wanted her brain to hear while she was sleeping
